After a very VERY long hiatus, I finally made some time for a post. I was in Asia for some time and believe me, that is gastronomic paradise right there. Soon enough I will share new recipes from Japan and China. In the meantime, feel free to give this simple tortelloni recipe. You will use 2 pots max. Nice huh?
In it:

- Chicken
- White mushrooms
- Red onions
- Arugula
- Tortelloni (you can buy them already made or you can quickly make it yourself) This one is filled with ricotta.

All of them, ground
- Coriander
- Muscat nuts
- Curry
