So, the cold is officially here and it means, not going out as much luckily I keep myself busy cooking. Is not common to have seafood during winter times (at least around here) so I decided to bring some Mediterranean flavours back. Hopefully, you will try to make this same dish and enjoy it as much as I did. Let’s start!

100 grams of Prawns 3 to 5 mushrooms 2 Spring Onions 1 Cup of Basmati Rice

How to:
Boil the rice in salted water (1 and 1/2 cups of water) Season your Prawns with your favorite spices (mine are: Paprika, Curcuma and Adobo) Sear them individually (careful, they cook up really fast) Cut and stir fry your mushrooms until golden (feel free to add some soy sauce 😉 ) For a better finishing touch, add dry coriander after the rice is done and mix it)
